Cherry Orchard Farm is located on Staughton Moor - just a couple of minutes drive from both Great Staughton and Little Staughton villages, and St Neots and Bedford are not that much further.

It is a perfect spot for walking and cycling and ideal for commuting - the A1 and A14 are 10 minutes away and fast trains from St Neots to Central London take just 45 minutes.

Cambridge is just 40 minutes away by car, or by bus from St Neots.

There's plenty to do in the local area and you will find a folder in the accommodation filled with local information.  If there's something you fancy doing & it's not in there or listed below, please let us know and we'll see if we can arrange this for you.

Depending on the length of your stay you might not want to do much other than enjoy the peaceful location... but there are plenty of things to do in the area if you do!

Walking & Cycling: there are numerous opportunities for exploring the local area on public footpaths and cycle routes.  Cycles can be hired from Grafham Water where you can enjoy a circular route around the reservoir.

Golf:  St Neots, Wyboston and Colmworth Golf Clubs are all a 15 minute drive away.  Travel a little bit further and you will find additional clubs in Bedford, Brampton and Abbotsley.

Sailing:  There are opportunities to sail at Grafham Water and Paxton Lakes sailing clubs.

Bird / Nature Watching:  Paxton Nature Reserve is host to a wide variety of birds, insects, mammals and flora and is open for visitors all year round.

Horse Riding:  The College Equestrian Centre is a short drive away and welcomes riders of all abilities and aspirations.  If you don't ride, then you could always visit as a spectator - they host several premier shows throughout the year.
